1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the 99rp platform, used to access services, place bets, make deposits, and request withdrawals.
• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the 99rp online gaming platform accessible at https://99rp.cam and any associated mobile-optimized versions or applications.
• "Services" include all gaming products offered by 99rp, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and lottery-style games.
• "User", "Player", or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the 99rp platform.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User's bank account, e-wallet, or other approved payment method into their 99rp account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's 99rp account balance to their registered bank account or payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives provided by 99rp to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a User must bet their bonus amount and/or deposit amount before being eligible to withdraw associated winnings.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by 99rp to confirm a User's identity, age, and residency status.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the theoretical percentage of all wagered money that a game will pay back to players over time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use 99rp services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. 99rp strictly prohibits underage gambling and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age, with all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing our services. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. Individuals who are legally barred from gambling activities due to self-exclusion programs, court orders, or other restrictions may not register.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

99rp is required to verify the identity of all Users as part of our commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time upon our request, you must provide the following documents:

• National Identity Card (KTP): A clear, legible copy or photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number. The document must be valid (not expired).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (electricity, water, internet), bank statement, or government-issued document showing your full name and current residential address. The document must be dated within the last 3 months.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face, ensuring both your face and the ID card details are clearly visible.

Verification typically takes 1-24 hours during Indonesian business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM WIB). Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one account on 99rp. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and exclusion from future registration.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99rp accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically range from Rp 50.000 to Rp 100.000. Maximum deposit limits depend on your account verification status and VIP tier.

3.2 Deposit Processing Times

Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically processed instantly during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. 99rp does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified through our KYC process.
• The withdrawal must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses before withdrawing associated winnings.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by account status:

• Silver Members (Standard): 1-24 hours
• Gold Members (VIP): 1-2 hours
• Platinum Members (Elite): Instant (within minutes)

All withdrawals are subject to security checks and may be delayed if additional verification is required. 99rp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or in cases where suspicious activity is detected.

3.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

99rp is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal requests are processed. Withdrawals that appear to be part of money laundering activity (e.g., depositing and immediately withdrawing without significant gameplay) will be declined and reported to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

99rp offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Bonus eligibility and terms vary by promotion and are subject to change at the Company's discretion. Users must opt in to receive promotional communications and bonuses.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of Rp 2.000.000 before you can withdraw winnings derived from the bonus.

4.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): 10-20% contribution
• Sports Betting: 50-100% contribution depending on odds
• Specific Low-RTP Games: May be excluded from bonus wagering

Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through irregular betting patterns may result in bonus forfeiture.

4.4 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

99rp reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and/or terminate accounts in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements
• Placing bets that are deemed irregular or abusive by the Company
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes

4.5 Maximum Bet Limits During Bonus Play

When playing with an active bonus, maximum bet limits apply (typically Rp 10.000 - Rp 50.000 per bet depending on the bonus). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play and RNG Certification

All casino games offered on 99rp use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently tested by accredited gaming laboratories to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published and audited. 99rp does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are settled based on official results from the respective sports governing bodies. In the event of abandoned matches, postponements, or technical errors, 99rp reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes. 5.3 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Cheating or Fraud: Using bots, automated software, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, especially in live casino games or poker
• Chargebacks: Initiating disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after making deposits
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your account
• Exploiting Errors: Taking advantage of technical errors, bugs, or incorrect odds to gain unfair profits

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

5.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunctions, system errors, or communication failures that affect gameplay or betting outcomes, 99rp reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the User's end.

5.5 Responsible Gaming Obligations

Users are encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their financial means. 99rp provides tools for self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders. 6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that there is no guarantee of winning. You use the 99rp platform entirely at your own risk. The Company does not promise or guarantee any specific outcomes, winnings, or results from your use of our services.

6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 99rp platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 99rp, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical malfunctions, errors, or interruptions in service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

6.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 99rp and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Suspension by the Company

99rp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior
• Your account is suspected of being used for money laundering or other criminal activities
• You fail to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe
• You are found to be underage, using false identity information, or holding multiple accounts
• Your payment transactions are repeatedly declined or flagged as suspicious

In the event of account termination due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be permanently barred from re-registering.

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure

You may request voluntary self-exclusion or permanent account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion periods available include 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or receive promotional communications. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn prior to or after the exclusion period ends.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay activity) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month, deducted from the account balance. Accounts with zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be permanently closed. Users will be notified via email before any fees are applied.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming services. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined below.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, you agree to first contact 99rp customer support to attempt an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 14 days, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our compliance team.

8.3 Limitation Period for Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to your use of the 99rp platform must be filed within one year after the claim or cause of action arose, otherwise such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.

8.4 Changes to Terms

99rp reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website.
